ONLINE DESIGN TEAM:

  • Preparing for and assisting in ghost and model photography


  • Preparing for and assisting in eCommerce photoshoot- including steaming of samples and recording of garment details


  • Assisting the stylist on set for e-commerce product shoots


  • Designing of digital artwork for the website, EDMs and other marketing uses


  • Assisting in and creating content for social media


  • Preparing content for online upload- including resizing, retouching, colour matching

 

ONLINE DESPATCH TEAM

  • Assisting in packaging online orders

  • Online stocktake if necessary

  • Sorting and counting stock

 

A successful applicant must have the below qualities:

  • Must be proficient in design software including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

  • Studying or graduated from a graphic design or other design related course




  • Passion for the fashion industry and graphic design

  • Team player with a supportive attitude


  • Organized and willing to work in fast paced environment.

Junior to Mid-Weight Graphic Designers produce output ready (press or digital) artwork that adhere to brand standards, industry best practice and client mandatory and clearly communicates client messaging in a creative manner.   • Demonstrate creative flair, proficiency and a sound understanding of the creative process from concept development to final art

  • Produce output ready (press or digital) artwork that adheres to brand standards, executes best practice industry methods as advised by the Studio Director

  • Take over a creative job from CD or Senior Designer and produce multiple creative elements (Eg. POS rollout)

  • Take ownership of projects with supervision from CD or Senior Designer and work to a specified timeline

  • Provide a rationale and/or be able to discuss creative in a professional and open minded manner

  • Understand and adhere to studio procedures as outlined and updated by Studio Director. Complete studio tasks (eg: file handling, archiving, communication, packaging of files)

  • Ensure all approval processes are adhered to and understood at all times (CD, Client, Supplier etc)

  • Continuously seeking improvements/developments to share with, and benefit the studio (new tools or studio practices)   

  • Take on any studio tasks as requested by the Studio Director.

Essential skills:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a recognised design college or university

  • Sound knowledge of all of the Adobe Creative Suite including, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, with some digital experience and knowledge

  • Microsoft - A reasonable understanding of Word, Excel and Powerpoint would be an advantage

  • Multi-media programs and html 5 would be an advantage but not essential.
